Black Coffee & Waffle Bar // This place was sooo freakin’ good! Unfortunately, my standing on a chair to get a food picture wasn’t worth it. It didn’t end up turning out because it was a little dark in there (yes, picture that it happens a lot! #doitfortheblog). For sure for sure try this place out!
Quixotic Coffee // the cutest little coffee shop there ever was!
Como Park Zoo and Conservatory // Definitely a must see if you live in the cities or visit for a weekend! The year-round flower conservatory was by far my favorite, and was kind of a dream to be in! Very picturesque and it kind of reminded me of being in a real life fairytale!
Icehouse // One morning for brunch with the coolest bloody mary topped with a donut. Oh, and the food was pretty bomb as well!
Spyhouse Coffee // for more lattes, caffeine, and good vibes!
Wearing: Graphic Tee: Nordstrom // Lace Up Flats: Asos (under $40!) // Jeans: Express (so amazingly comfortable) // Cardigan: Kittsona (on sale for $25!!) Also Similar HERE // Sunnies: Zero UV (only $10!) // Beanie: Neff // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Similar Style HERE
Glam Doll Donuts //The icing on the cake, or if you will, the donut, to end a great weekend. The Cherry Cheesecake donut is probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten (Ryan can attest because he started eating it and wouldn’t put it down), and highly highly reccomend! The ones topped with bacon were a very close second!
Agra-Culture Kitchen & Press // We stopped here for a smoothie before I headed back. Their Peach mango smoothie (peach, mango, dates, almond milk) was the bomb diggity. I added protein to mine to hold me over during the drive back home.
‘Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’ // Doesn’t this just give you all the feels? // The coolest wall art ever!
Here is a quick recap of my latest trip up to Minneapolis! It was a very glorious weekend visiting one of my very best college friends doing all the girlie shit you can ever imagine! It is always nice having a local show you around to maybe the not so popular places and more hole in the wall finds that you wouldn’t normally go to on your average trip to Minneapolis. We ate way to much food and drank champs on champs (was pretty much busting out of my pants by the end of the trip haha) but hey all is fair in love and travel.
I’m sure their are a million places that we didn’t hit up so if you have any suggestions on places to eat/sip or things to do please let me know!
Well, thats all for now my loves!
Toodles, Cheerio, Hola, Bye!
